We’re Back to Work With Your Safety In Mind

Since I was 10 years old and had a newspaper route I have continuously worked or been in school.  I have never “unemployed” in my life.  Like many of you, the past 6 weeks have been unprecedented and I have really missed my job, my staff and my patients.  Today we will return to work as the Governor has allowed elective surgery.

Since we have had a fully accredited AAAHC in office surgery center for almost two decades, we are tightly controlled and have always practiced the highest safety standards.  Whereas most offices are held to “office” standards, we are held to “hospital” standards and have a much higher level of safety checks, double checks, tests and standards.

Even though we have prided ourselves in optimum patient safety, this new era will warrant even higher standards that include broad social distancing measures.  We apologize for asking patients to wait in their cars instead of our waiting room.  We are sorry about the inconvenience of asking you to wear a mask (we will provide if you don’t have one), answering some additional Covid-19 related questions and taking your temperature.  It will be a little unusual for me wearing a mask and gloves for a consultation appointment, but we know you will understand, appreciate and expect this extra treatment.  We will treat you with the same safety measures as we do our families.

We feel confident we will all get through this and that we can continue to provide excellence in cosmetic facial surgery.  We will probably run a little slower, see less patients in a day and have some other changes, but everything we do is aimed at maximum patient safety with natural results.

I am soooo excited to be back and thank everyone for your support during these difficult times.
